Sisters on the Fly “Trailers and Tiaras” will be in Comanche on October 9 and 10.

All Sisters on the Fly members will arrive in Comanche the morning of Friday, October 9! There will be a Meet and Greet and Reception at Unique Antiques at 210 North Austin for the Sisters on the Fly and registration will be completed.

At noon, there will be a style show done by Woven Roots, Wonderful Things, Barbed Wire and Lace and Fox and Fern (all downtown clothing boutiques!) After the style show the Sisters will walk and shop the square. The Trailers and Tiaras Style Show is free and the public is welcome!

At 4:30 p.m. the parade of Sisters on the Fly trailers will be escorted by a Willis Towing truck and the Comanche Police Department. As they approach the square, they will slowly enter the courthouse square and set up.

On Friday evening the Sisters will visit the Comanche County Historical Museum for some wine and to tour the museum.

Saturday morning, the trailers will be on display downtown. From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and a $5 donation gets you a tour of the trailers!

Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m. a BBQ dinner will be served in the Stone Eagle Beer Garden which will be brisket, potato salad, beans, pickles, onions and peppers, dessert and tea. The cost will be a $20 donation.

Please wear masks and practice social distance. There will be a table set-up with hand sanitizer on it.

There will be a judging of the trailers by the public and plaques and gifts will be awarded to the winners

The Comanche Organization of Businesses will be selling $5 tickets to tour the trailers. Comanche is excited to see the sisters coming. For more information, contact Paula Stevens, Comanche Organization of Business President at
