There has been a total of 2,443 positive Covid cases, 76 Covid related deaths, and 193 hospitalizations since March of 2020.  	Positive cases of Covid-19 as of November 16, 2021 in Comanche ISD are at 1 student and 0 staff members.  	Total Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases since March 2020 in surrounding counties, according to John Hopkins University and Medicine coronavirus map as of November 22, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. central time. Erath County 6,427 cases and 105 deaths, Brown County 7,137 cases and 173 deaths, Eastland County 2,200 cases and 81 deaths, Hamilton County 1,321 cases and 29 deaths, and Mills County 853 cases and 28 deaths. 	The rise of covid-19 cases is slowing down in the surrounding counties, but there is still a small rise of COVID-19 cases, and some still saw a rise in deaths. Erath added 19 cases and 2 deaths, Brown 38 cases, and 1 death, Eastland 11 cases and 0 deaths, Hamilton 6 cases and 1 death, and Mills added 0 cases in a week and 0 deaths.
