Of the four COVID-19 cases in Comanche County, three residents have been cleared and one resident has passed away from the virus. On May 1, 2020 Comanche County Judge Stephanie L. Davis and local public Health Authorities, Dr. Paul Livingston and Dr. Dwayne Miller have received official notification and are reporting the death of a Comanche County resident that tested positive for COVID-19.

Officials are reporting that the individual died outside the jurisdiction of the Comanche County Health authority, therefore requests for additional information should be directed to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

And with 59 pending COVID-19 test results as of May 5 there are no active cases of the Coronavirus in Comanche County.
