Small uptick in Comanche  County COVID-19 cases

According to data from Comanche County officials the total active cases of Covid-19 is at 18 cases as of July 2, 2021. There have been a total of 1,656 positive Covid cases, 56 Covid related deaths, and 125 hospitalizations since March of 2020.

Total Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases since March 2020 in surrounding counties, according to John Hopkins University and Medicine coronavirus map as of June 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. central time. Erath County 4,257 cases and 70 deaths, Brown County 4,361 cases and 121 deaths, Eastland County 1,368 cases and 50 deaths, Hamilton County 798 cases and 27 deaths, and Mills County 659 cases and 21 deaths.

Some of the surrounding counties are seeing a small rise in COVID-19 cases, but none saw a rise in deaths. Erath added 12 cases and 0 deaths, Brown 0 cases, and 0 deaths, Eastland 0 cases and 0 deaths, Hamilton 5 cases and 0 deaths, and Mills added 0 cases in a week and 0 deaths.
