Operation Christmas Child is a project of the international relief organization Samaritan’s Purse.

We are committed to reaching out to millions of needy children with our distinctive shoebox gifts. Individuals, groups, churches and corporations’ partner with operation Christmas Child to fill shoeboxes with small gifts which are hand-delivered to children all over the world suffering from war, poverty, famine, disease, and natural disaster.

There is a new drop-off location at First Baptist Church in Comanche, and we wanted to give you the opportunity to participate with us this year.

A brochure with more information about Operation Christmas Child and packing shoeboxes is enclosed. It includes ideas for the best kinds of gifts to be included and things not to be included.

If you would like more brochures, DVD’s, or other materials to promote this project in your church, they can be ordered at www.samaritanspurse.org under What We Do and Operation Christmas Child in the Order Free Materials.
