The 2nd annual Proctor Lake Christmas Bird Count will be Saturday January 4th from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be morning, evening and all day shifts available. This will be held at Proctor Lake and will begin at the US Army Corps of Engineers at 2180 FM 2861 in Comanche.
