The Comanche Police Department is releasing the following information concerning the Theft of Property >= $30,000 <$150,000, a third degree Felony, that was filed against Emilee Renee Jaramillo in the 220th District Court. This case was as a result of an investigation initiated by the Comanche Police Department after a report was filed by the Comanche Chamber of Commerce in September 2017. On May 14, 2019 Ms. Jaramillo entered a plea of Guilty and an Order of Deferred Adjudication was signed by Judge James E. Morgan.

In this order Ms. Jaramillo was sentenced to ten years community supervision, $2,000.00 fine, $36,458.24 restitution with $20,000.00 to be paid in a lump sum within thirty days, one hundred eighty hours community service, thirty days confinement in the Comanche County Jail, such days to be served on the weekends and must be completed within ninety days and complete substance abuse counseling.
