On January 03, 2021 starting about 6:45 pm DeLeon Police Department received several calls about an aggressive driver.  Deputies already near DeLeon assisted looking for the vehicle.  At approximately 7:30 pm the vehicle was located and the vehicle failed to yield.  A pursuit was initiated and traveled several streets in DeLeon before heading south on Hwy 16 to Comanche then west on Hwy 67/377 towards Brownwood.  The vehicle turned around and traveled back through Comanche towards DeLeon.  The vehicle traveled on city streets again before heading south on Cato to County Road 445. During the pursuit the suspect intentionally stopped his vehicle and reversed into a Deputy’s patrol vehicle.  Just before the Terry Bridge on CR 445 the vehicle intentionally came to an abrupt stop to cause the Deputy’s vehicle to crash into him.  The suspect Marcus McLellan 22, of DeLeon was taken into custody without further incident.  McLellan had an outstanding warrant and was charged with Evading with Motor Vehicle (Felony 3), Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle (State Jail Felony),  two counts of Aggravated Assault on Peace Officer (Felony 1).
