The Comanche Indians varsity football schedule for the 2020 season has been set. Many teams from last year’s district have remained the same except for the addition of Eastland. Other teams in the non-district are well known and another team joining the district is Merkel. Many will remember some great battles against the Merkel Badgers from years past including a fight that occurred during the 90’s.

The homecoming game has not been set in stone and is subject to change. Dublin is the first district game with Merkel being the last on Senior Night.

Head Football Coach and Athletic Director, Stephen Hermesmeyer said, “I feel like our district football will be tougher with Eastland coming in. Jacksboro returns a good amount as well as Millsap. Should be a solid district race. Our volleyball and basketball districts will also be tougher due to the 8 team districts and both Peaster and Brock have great volleyball and basketball programs. Time to go to work and get ready to compete at all levels in every sport both girls and boys.”

Other schedules will be finalized at a later date. Below is the varsity football schedule for the 2020 season.
