Indians make the playoffs despite battles with COVID-19! During early district play the Comanche Indians varsity basketball squad were quarantine with the COVID-19 and the Comanche Indians JV1 squad filled in for four games. Despite losing those four games the Indians basketball squad battled back and made a playoff birth finishing fourth in the district. The will play a familiar foe just not on the basketball court. The Indians will have a rematch against the Wichita Falls City View Mustangs who beat them in the bi-district football round late last year. The Mustangs finished first in District 7-3A Region 1. They will play Saturday at noon in Mineral Wells at the main Mineral Wells High School gym.
